Job Description: 3sHealth delivers shared services to over 100 health-care organizations in Saskatchewan. For over 40 years, we have been providing application support services for administrative information systems, such as payroll, staff scheduling and supply chain services.

3sHealth, along with its health-care partners, is replacing these information systems. The new Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) will be the provincially integrated solution that will enable health-care organizations to run their payroll, human resources, finance, and supply chain operations more effectively. 3sHealth will deliver application management services (AMS) for AIMS through a provincially coordinated approach. In partnership with stakeholders, the AMS department will manage AIMS's systems and processes.  

Reporting to the SCM Application Lead, the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist provides functional support for the SCM module within AIMS (procurement, suppliers, inventory, and contracts). The Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on the SCM module functionality and provides client support to resolve application issues.

They provide Level 2 support functions, such as investigating and performing service restoration; break-fix resolution, root cause analysis, configuration changes, application performance and minor enhancements. They work cross-functionally and collaboratively with AMS department colleagues, functional and technical teams and Supply Chain business units of participating organizations, to optimize and improve the SCM module in AIMS and their configuration and related processes. They work with the vendor for Level 2/3 support as required, and for complex configuration changes.
