As a key leader within the Enrolment Services Leadership Team, the Manager, Enrolment Services, is accountable to the Director, Enrolment Services & Registrar, for the development, implementation and maintenance of a range of consistent and user-friendly enrolment and registration services across Saskatchewan Polytechnic. In addition to the day-to-day management of a specific enrolment and registration services portfolio, this position is accountable for building a service excellence culture, the financial management and allocation of resources specific in the portfolio, the development, implementation and control of operational and capital plans and budgets, management of student information systems and the development and implementation of consistent enrolment and registration procedures across Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Establishing both short-term and long-term goals, and metrics to gauge success, the manager is responsible for the development and implementation of effective, consistent departmental strategic and operational plans in collaboration with the Director, Enrolment Services & Registrar.
This position will act as the enrolment services teams resident expert on the specific areas of its assigned portfolio, including all matters pertaining to admission, registration and student record services for the programs for which it is responsible. The manager will be accountable and have independent authority for the direction, recruitment, retention, performance management and training of staff to ensure that Saskatchewan Polytechnic is equipped to deliver the best student enrolment experience possible. The Manager will be accountable for annual system set-up to allow for admission, registration, graduation and tuition/fees assessment.
Travel is required. The Manager, Enrolment Services, is expected to participate on various Saskatchewan Polytechnic and external committees and working groups.
