As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the branch located in Moose Jaw.

We are looking for individuals who:

Responsibilities Include:

Understanding of safe methods for work procedures, invoicing process, accounts receivable, and importance of deadlines.
Ensuring all team members are competently trained to do all the tasks they are required to perform
Adhere to our culture of safety, working towards eliminating all unsafe behaviour and striving towards a zero harm environment
Focus on delivering value to customer
Proficiency in all tasks expected of a Tire Technician

Qualifications:

Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Ability to maintain valid drivers license
Basic computer skills
Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
Must possess a valid driver's license
