Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Food Supervisor for our Food Store in Churchbridge, SK.

What youll do:

Reporting to the Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here." This will be accomplished by:

Supervising and delegating employees workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process
General Food Store duties - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing

You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset)
You have above average communication skills and computer skills

You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
