Description

Oungre Memorial Regional Park is a member of the Saskatchewan Regional Parks family.  We are located 35 minutes South of Weyburn, SK.  We operate a year round kitchen that peaks during the May to September Camping season. Our facilities, atmosphere and people are what make us great!  
We require a Bondable Kitchen Supervisor

Duties include:

- Responsible for kitchen/restaurant operations including but not limited to:
- Food handling, preparation, cooking and baking
- Meal planning, including Daily & Weekly specials
- Ensuring food quality, procedures and all regulations are adhered to
- On-line ordering, receiving, portion control, inventory management, troubleshooting and action planning
- Scheduling of staff
- Training and Supervising staff  
- Continuously develop & motivate staff  
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and health inspector orders
- Cleaning and ensuring general cleanliness and sanitation
- Catering and special event hosting as required
- Required to be available for various shifts required i.e. opening, closing, mid shifts, and weekends. May be required to fill-in shifts
-  Responsible for daily mail sorting and distribution and training and supervision of other staff in mail duties (shared by all kitchen staff)
MUST BE available full time during Peak operational times (May to September camping season)
MUST BE a team player with excellent verbal and written skills.
