The Manager, Shared Services - Information Systems manages and provides leadership for the development and delivery of shared Information Technology support services to stakeholders across the organization and within Information Systems, Support and Enterprise Security. Services include IT project delivery, business analysis, solution architecture, vendor and financial management.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Degree in Computer Science or Administration.
- A professional designation (such as CPA) would be considered an asset.
- Four (4) years experience in the Information Technology field, with management experience supervising technology positions or management experience in a business unit that has significant exposure to technology projects or vendor/contract management.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.
- Experience with procurement and contract management for IT hardware, software and services is preferred.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as JDE EnterpriseOne is preferred.
- Understanding of Legal contract review process is preferred.
