Description

-Supervise staffs, running of business and customer complains
- Work on store displays and promos
- Hire, Tran and Schedule staffs
- Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
- Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with companys standards
- Make sure that health and safety measures are met
- Monitor local competitors
- Maintain health and safety measures and stores cleanliness
- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Do daily, weekly and monthly paper works
- Assist Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals.
