Job Description: The home care nurse provides nursing services as assigned in accordance with the current Home Care Nursing Manual and SRNA Practice Standards.

Qualifications:
    Current registration with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
    Possess current CPR certification

Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years related experience in community or geriatric nursing preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Demonstrate empathy, concern and interest in providing quality care for all home care clients
    Must possess effective communication skills and the ability to relate to all individuals
    Ability to deal with clients in their homes and adapt to frequent changes
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Demonstration of efficiency and a calm manner in providing nursing services
    Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined

This is a casual position, there are NO guaranteed hours.

Successful applicant must provide a satisfactory valid Criminal Record Check including vulnerable sector query before an Offer of Employment is made.
