Description

Duties include:

     A. Manage Cattle Breeding Program

    B. Manage Calf Rearing

   C. Feed the Herd                                                                
                                                                
  D.  Manage Cattle Health

   G. General Responsibilities
Wear appropriate personal safety equipment
Perform duties to ensure the personal safety of self and others
Complete routine pen checking
Build and maintain corrals and fences
Monitor pastures, water supply, and solar water pumps
Complete miscellaneous farm duties as directed by the farm owner and demonstrate self-motivation and care of property
Perform regular maintenance checks and service equipment when needed to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition
Must have experience working with livestock.
Employees work 40.00 hours per week with your workday being scheduled for an eight (8) hour work day. This schedule may vary due to weather conditions and you shall be expected to work extended hours during the busy agricultural seasons as determined by the co-owners.
There will be no overtime pay provided when the work week extends beyond forty (40) hours.
You shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of paid vacation after completing one year of employment
You will be required to successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days
All employees receive Workers Compensation Benefit coverage at no cost.
