Essential Functions of the Job:
1. Lead employee orientation and on-boarding
2. Ensure all documentation is obtained and accurately completed during the orientation and onboarding process
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with all necessary parties involved using required platforms ei Microsoft Teams
4. Update and control all employee forms
5. Track training documents by filing them and inputting them into ADP
6. Organize and track required safety training and recertification of crane, rigging and sling, forklift, mobile crane, etc.
Amongst the variety of Human Resources tasks you will perform, you will also assist other departments as required.
You must be willing to relocate for this position.
Working towards or holding a degree or diploma in Human Resources would be considered an asset.
