What youll do:
Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission,
values, brand and focus on safety
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience in person and on the phone
Work within clearly established procedures and timelines to carry out tasks in support of shipping, receiving
and inventory storage and management
o Receiving incoming stock and putting it away into its designated warehouse location(s); moving and
relocating stock as required
o Maintaining excellent records of goods ordered / shipped / received; accurately adjusting and
reporting discrepancies; accurately recording shipping and receiving into the applicable inventory
management systems
o Communicating effectively with store leadership, file maintenance and store/yard clerks
o Conducting inventory counts and reconciliations as assigned
Assist customers in the store and yard at peak times as is required
Perform other duties as assigned
Who you are:
You are looking for a position in Customer Service/Agriculture, and:
You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; agricultural experience is an asset
You have the ability to read and understand related documentation such as POs, Way Bills, Bill of Lading,
Packing Slips and have intermediate experience with MS Office and POS Systems
Youre able to work unsupervised, plan and organize your own work
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You are able to work a weekend rotation and have the ability to lift and move heavy objects
You must have a valid drivers license and be willing to obtain a forklift operators certificate
