Assist the owner in the execution of tasks ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. Assist with inventory analysis, stock order and receiving processing. Assist with database management including pricing, new/obsolete part numbers. Assist in compilation of financial, accounting reports, statements, and summaries . Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment. Assist customers as required. Handle customer complaints promptly, professionally and efficiently. Assist with ensuring the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivables; Assist in maintaining a complete set of books: keep and balance various records of accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, using manual and computerized bookkeeping and inventory management systems Reconcile daily tender reports, prepare daily float, daily bank deposits. Month end reconciliations, Ensure that the store appearance is organized, clean and presentable to customers. Assist with other responsibilities as required by the owner. The position includes use of Sage accounting system, inventory management computer system, and working within an office and warehouse environment.

Bookkeeping background preferred.
