ServiceNow Consultant
6 months Contract plus extension
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Discovery and/or Service Mapping / Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) / APM Implementation Specialist
Experience with minimum 2 or more end to end ITOM/ITAM implementation projects focussing on ITOM visibility (Discovery and Service Mapping) at the least
Able to define and propose CMDB/Asset architecture for complex environments
Good knowledge of the ServiceNow ITOM and how it integrates with Incident, Change and Problem Management modules
Working knowledge of WMI, Subnet masks, SNMP, MIBs etc
Candidates must be based in and legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada - No sponsorship Available for this role
