There is an opening for a friendly, detail-orientated individual with excellent people skills to be a front-line Office Assistant and bookkeeper for our accounting office in Humboldt, SK.
This person must be outgoing and enjoy dealing directly with the public, in person, electronically and on the phone. They will help with organizing the office schedules and work-flow and directly assist management in various duties. They will be required to receive, organize, distribute and complete data entry for bookkeeping, payroll and complete personal tax returns.
Accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving skills are essential to the position as well as proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks and Sage accounting software.
This is a 4-month term position to cover a leave of absence that may turn into a permanent position. The position is full-time from January to early May and can transfer to an estimated 70% position during the rest of the year, depending on the seasonal work flow.
