Little Discoveries Early Learning Co-operative is looking to fill their bookkeeping role. The successful applicant must have knowledge and experience working with non-profits and will be responsible for completing all general bookkeeping duties, as well as but not limited to:
- Parent billing and entering payments.
- Creating cheques and paying bills online.
- Employee payroll including CAFT.
- Assist with budgeting.
- Send monthly reports to the Director and the
Board Chair
- Correspond with CRA and ISC.
- Assist with annual audit. Answer questions and
prepare information for Auditor.
