Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.  Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.  

Education:
Continuing Care Assistant Certificate

Experience:
No Previous Work Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic computer skills, where required by the job.  Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.  Ability to work independently.  Valid drivers license, where required.

Additional Information:
Hours of Work: 72 HR/3 WK; 6 HR
