Dynamic Disposal Ltd is looking to hire a casual Office Assistant to assist with their daily operations. We are looking for a team member that has experience in general office duties. Experience with Quickbooks, Cortex and Open Invoice would be a great asset.
Duties would include full range of administrative services - Word Processing - MS Office 2007 program (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Handling phone calls, take messages and transfer calls - dealing with customers
Clerical work - Mails, filing, courier, freight rates - research.
QUALIFICATIONS
Administrative Assistant experience
Knowledge in QuickBooks is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional computer skills who is willing to be trained for the new software
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
