Description

o    Plan and implement daily routines and activities
o    Evaluate and document childs development stage and progress
o    Maintain a constant level of supervision of the children in the center
o    Positively communicate with parents on a daily basis
o    Discuss any major issues with Supervisor or Director
o    Complete all required forms (supply requests, time cards, incident reports)
o    Ability to comfort and listen to the concerns of a child
o    Provide opportunity for children to communicate
o    Assess childrens health
o    Provide for all areas of childs development: physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and creative
o    Take part in professional development opportunities
o    Keep strictly confidential all information learned about a child, parent or family
o    Participate in all staff meetings
o    Knowledge of childcare regulations and emergency procedures
o    Dress appropriately for activities with children
o    Daily cleanup and other duties as assigned
