Position Description
The main goal of the TIOW program is to connect Older Workers (ages 55 to 64) with employment or self employment opportunities.

Duties:
- Assist in developing a training plan that is realistic and attainable for each participant.
- Develop and maintain a working partnership with potential employers in Prince Albert and the surrounding area.
- Refer participants to potential employers and/or training opportunities.                                                                        - Provide advice and motivation to participants regarding job placements.                                                       - Maintain connection with project participants and assist in their development within the classroom portion of the program.                                                                                                                                                 - Work with employers to bridge employment barriers.

Additional Qualification: The successful applicant will have previous experience working with employment programs or older workers.  The ability to work independently and within a team environment is required. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are also required. Knowledge of an Indigenous language or culture is an asset.
