Description

Prepare and cook dishes for customers in the restaurant
Meal prep
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Prepare dishes for catered events
Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning of kitchen equipment
Prepare daily specials, soups & place food orders
May hire and train kitchen staff

*Must have food safe certificate
*Experience isn't necessary but definitely an advantage
