Description

Avenue Living Communities, a fast-paced, fast-growing owner and operator of apartment buildings in Western Canada, is seeking a HR Coordinator, in south Saskatchewan (Moosejaw and south). Backed by our entrepreneurial spirit, passion and commitment to great customer service and satisfaction, we have acquired a portfolio of 9000 apartments since our inception in 2006 and are continuing with this aggressive growth plan. To support this growth, we are seeking to welcome the right candidate into our family.

Key Responsibilities:
-Managing full cycle recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive Candidate Experience
-Processing all required actions related to the Employee Life Cycle
-Providing coordinator support to the People Partners on all aspects of HR
-Developing and implementing corporate wide programs

What you need to Succeed
-2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
-University degree in HR or a related field is an asset
-Demonstrated strong problem solving skills with a keen eye for attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
-Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
-Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
-Professional designation would be an asset
