Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) is a team of professionals working in various disciplines throughout Saskatchewan, supporting provincial Housing Authority managers and employees across several functions including training, accounting, governance, policies and technical housing inspections, construction and repair.
Living Skies currently has an opportunity at the North Battleford Regional office for an experienced administrative professional. This front line position calls for a high level of initiative and professionalism while interacting with various housing groups and regional office employees to deliver top notch administrative functions.
In the role you will learn the ins and outs of a variety of government housing programs and services and become a resource in providing information to Housing Authority Managers and the public. You will research and compile data, prepare a variety of correspondence, reports and documentation, and develop and deliver accounting and financial workshops. The role requires a multi-tasker with a high level of discretion and accuracy in dealing with confidential tenant information, budgets and financial data.
You will bring advanced knowledge of office systems and procedures, typically gained through a Diploma in Business Administration and 3 or more years' office experience. Proficiency, and a high level of accuracy, with various software including the Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards is required.
