Description

The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure, Fleet Services, is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic for its North Battleford shop.

Under the general direction of the Service Supervisor, you will provide customer repair services to Fleet Services clients. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will work on all types of trucks, highway construction and maintenance equipment and be responsible for:mechanical repairs; preventative maintenance; and
Saskatchewan Government Insurance safety inspections.

To qualify for this position, you will possess a valid Journeyperson Certificate recognized by the Province of Saskatchewan in Heavy Equipment, Truck and Transport or Agricultural Mechanics
