Duties include (but not limited to):
Manage hands-on day-to-day desktop support on Windows/Mac environment including shared resources.
Provide support on various software and hardware including desktops and servers.
Onboarding of new employees, maintaining EDI and troubleshooting day to day systems related issues
Managing LLRIB servers and various client applications.
Managing Time & Attendance, HRIS, and Payroll system integration.
Review and update information technology policies manual and ensure compliance.
Keeping track of IT inventory and issue assets based on the program requirement.
Manage and delegate projects between various software vendors and business partners.
Hands-on pro-active hardware and software updates and maintenance.
Manage active directory users and groups as well as group policies.
Manage specific server applications, databases and remote desktop services (Terminal Servers)
Maintain network infrastructure keeping 100% up time
Maintain backup jobs and archiving
Be available 24/7 for emergencies
Carry out all other work-related duties as requested by Immediate Supervisor
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-year Diploma in IT or related field with special focus on networking.
System administration: 5 years (Preferred)
Microsoft System Engineering experience or certificate (MCSE)
Microsoft System Administrator experience or certificate (MCSA)
Strong working knowledge of active directories and group policies
Strong working knowledge network protocols (DHCP, DNS, IP classes) as well as firewalls and routers
Strong working knowledge of web-based protocols (IIS, Apache, FTP, Domain Name Servers, DNS records)
Must be comfortable working in various windows environment
Must be comfortable working with Windows Server 2019 and below
Must be comfortable working with 100% virtualized environment (no exceptions)
