Shah Foods is looking for 2 Full time Meat cutters at Regina Location
Cut Trim and prepare standard cuts of meat poultry and fish as per customer orders. Grind meats and slice cooked meats using grinders and slicing machine. Prepare special displays of meat, poultry, fish and other meats, poultry or fish may wrap prepare meats. Manage inventory and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements. Ensure food storage conditions are adequate. Ensure the meat area is clean as per standard safety requirements.
