Description

CTC Exteriors & Interiors Inc is looking for a hands-on foreman/lead hand with experience in exterior installations (roofing, siding, eavestroughs, etc.), who can manage small crews and residential projects.
Must have:
5-10 years experience in exterior renovations and roofing;
Experience working at heights and on all types of roof pitches up to 16/12 pitches;
Valid Drivers Licence;
Management Skills;
Must be able to multi-task and be well organized;
Must be able to work under pressure and meet timelines;
Leadership skills to run job sites and handle site employees.

Main Duties (but not limited to):
Install, repair or replace asphalt, flat and metal roofing systems;
Install vinyl and hardie board siding;
Install soffit/fascia, eavestroughs and downspouts;
Report to project manager on a regular basis;
Hand in paperwork to office;
Job set up and tear down including safety (ex: anchors);
