This position manages the review of the underwriting of residential mortgages, which includes Prime and Alt A mortgages from third party origination channels.  As a key member of the front office, the Analyst is responsible for assisting in the engagement of third-party originators/servicers, and the credit adjudication process of Concentras residential mortgages. We are looking for a results oriented individual to join our team in one of our corporate locations (Regina, Saskatoon, Surrey, Toronto) or in a home office environment.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:
Review the underwriting of Prime and Alt A residential mortgages for purchase in accordance with established underwriting credit procedures
Assist with portfolio risk management practices and reporting, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures
Ensure disciplined execution of applicable corporate credit policies, strategies, and market best practices
Manage the mortgage renewal process and communicate with third party servicers
Provide input to the annual servicer reviews

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience and progressive experience  preferably in residential mortgage underwriting, retail banking, credit card lending, credit analysis, credit risk management, or related field.
University degree or equivalent  preferably in finance, business, or related field
An Accredited Residential Mortgage Professional (AMP) is preferred.
