Description

The North Battleford Golf and Country Club is now accepting applications for the Mechanic position. The position will report directly to the golf superintendent and will play a significant role in our turf management team. The successful applicant will possess the following:formal mechanical training or relevant experience
- exceptional knowledge of gas and diesel engines
- ability to trouble shoot and diagnose electrical and hydraulic systems
- fabricating and welding experience
- ability to develop and perform superior preventative maintenance program
- ability to order and maintain adequate parts and supplies
- experience in maintaining equipment, tools and work areas
- excellent record keeping and communication skills
If necessary, reel adjustment training will be provided.
This is a nine-month position (Mar. 1st ? Nov. 30th) with potential to become year-round
