Description

As the Manager of Company Operations, you will manage the services and operational departments that help our team of nearly 500 employees do their best work.

*This position may require working outside of regular office hours

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day company operations for both of Vendastas office buildings, including maintenance/IT, parking/transportation, asset tracking, and administration
Ensure that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
Oversee & negotiate contracts, vendors, and providers for various services
Lead Vendastas build-out of and eventual move to Vendasta Square
Work with HR and leadership to ensure proper space planning and operational onboarding
Manage and coordinate  company-wide meetings and/or offsites for teams when requested
Develop relationships within the community to offer corporate rates to employees
Be the COVID-19 Coordinator for Vendasta; including maintaining confidential employee records, follow-ups, following/promoting policies, communications
Be open and available for any other operations tasks or situations as they arise

Qualifications
3+ years experience in administration or facilities management
2+ years experience leading a team
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, analyzing, and recommending financial decisions
High attention to detail, proactive & proficient organizational skills
Exceptional standards of professional integrity, project management, and proficiency
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with confidential and sensitive information
Effective and exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
