Description

Job duties & skills are outlined but not limited to:
-ensure farm safety protocols are followed
-conduct planting, cultivating, spraying and harvesting operations
-schedule and supervise general farm and harvest workers
-coordinate maintenance of farm machinery, equipment and buildings
-coordinate safety schedules for equipment and ensuring operational checks are performed on equipment
-ensuring bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
- maintain crop production records
-performing general farm duties as required
