Description

As Administrative Assistant with a small business team based in SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, you will be responsible for administration and supporting the senior manager.  

This role would work 24-30 hours/week.

Administration:   Word processing, preparation of reports and correspondence.   Prepare travel arrangements, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.   File documents and oversee the daily operations of telephone, mail/courier and purchase of office supplies.

Data entry: receive, enter and update database information, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times.  

- Serve as a friendly, professional representative of the firm when working with internal and external clients, responding to telephone enquiries, email correspondence, etc.  

Flexible work hours will be flexible as agreed between the Administrative Assistant and Manager. Potential to later grow into full-time.

- Motivated and professional, with an outgoing and positive personality.  
- Results oriented, displays initiative and strong attention to detail.  
- Willing to learn, take notes and work consistently within the standards of the organization.  
- Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel; experience working with database programs is an asset.
