Reporting to the C-Store Manager, the Gas Bar Clerk is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to guests. He or she performs cashiering, pump island duties and guest service duties along with assisting with stocking and facing of store products and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the store. Other duties include providing direction for guests based on a thorough knowledge of item locations in the store, and performing other duties as assigned. This includes ensuring that controlled substances are sold only upon proof of age and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner. The Gas Bar Clerk will demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Gas Bar Clerk at our Beeland Co-op C-Store located in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the C-Store Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
1.Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way
2.Provide pump and front-end service as required
3.Unpack, check, price and prepare merchandise for sale
4.Maintain good housekeeping and sanitation standards in the work area
