As a Business Advisory Specialist, youll play a key role in expanding our business portfolio.
The role
- Deliver sales support using a broad range of channels, both in-person and digital
- Perform and support the completion of a variety of sales transactions including account openings and transfers, online banking setup, commercial lending, commercial financing and deposits, cash management requests and customized document processing
- Focus on business member education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable member experience, drive sales, retain business and help transition day to day banking
- Develop proposals and provide setup and implementation of cash management solutions

Skills needed to be successful in this role
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Industry leading sales ability in growing a book, achieving targets and building a pipeline using a member centric approach
- Experience making expert product and service recommendations, and providing quality member centric referrals to other financial solutions experts
- Experience using a broad range of digital channels and devices like online services, mobile applications, smartphones, tablets, etc.
