Purpose of the Position:
The primary responsibility of the Commercial Administrator is to provide administrative and team support to the Property Manager for an assigned portfolio of properties. You will assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, lease documentation, insurance tracking, accounts receivable, correspondence and special projects.
What you bring:
- Post-secondary education from a recognized business school;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced and dynamic administrative position;
- Strong sense of customer service and client relations;
- Clear and concise communication, both orally and written;
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in working with database/management software and programs;
- High degree of professionalism and passion for success.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Yardi Systems.
- Experience with contracts and lease agreements.
What success looks like:
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors;
- You respond in a timely manner to tenants needs to meet lease obligations;
- You successfully manage all administrative tasks for assigned portfolio.
