Serving Saskatchewan since 1950, SaskAbilities offers a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity as the Senior Supervisor of Residential Services. Residential Services are provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in two Moose Jaw homes, serving seven residents in total.

You have experience with programs and services that are client-centred, goal-oriented and accountable. Day-to-day, you provide Residential Services' staff, and the residents we serve, with leadership, guidance, support and direction through coaching, mentoring, role modelling and motivating while exemplifying SaskAbilities' vision, mission and values.

Reflecting dignity and humility, you understand the importance of rolling up your sleeves and being a hands-on leader.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Therapeutic Recreation.
- Experience in providing, and training staff in providing, personal and intimate care and medication administration.
- Demonstrated track record of participatory, pro-active leadership and strong interpersonal, problem solving, staff development/training and client experience skills.
- An effective mentor who builds strong teams, effectively delegates responsibilities, and monitors performance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and juggle simultaneously.
- High professional standards; exercises the appropriate balance of influence and authority to achieve mutual success.
- Class 5 Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle.

The final candidates are required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
Successful candidates are recommended to have an Auto Pak with at least 1 million dollars in liability insurance.
