Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine as per order Prepare and cook other meals that including in stores menu Schedule and supervise Kitchen Helpers, maintain ingredients inventory and report to the supervisor Prepare buffet food and meals, cook additional food when items are picked out Set up and oversee buffets Research on local customers interest and develop new menu and seasonal meal accordingly Ensure kitchen efficiency of operation and foods quality Coordinate with supervisor, make sure the kitchen meet the hygiene standard Responsible for the size of food portion May need to train kitchen staffs
