Responsible for:  Front line support to individuals attending service delivery providing improved service and creating a culture where everyone is equal.  Respects and promotes individual choice, preference, and the needs of individuals in the principles of community contribution, and citizenship as defined in Canada Act: Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Duties:
    Assist in the implementation of person centred plans, working as part of a team.
    Assist in the development, planning, and delivery of opportunities in community outings and opportunities of inclusion.
    Provide encouragement by coaching and motivating individuals in participation in a variety of activities in volunteering, vocational, recreational, and leisure activities in either indoors or outdoors.
    To build positive interpersonal relationships in life and social skills to maximize their potential.
    Demonstrates cooperation, teamwork, energy, flexibility, and optimism.
    Positive role model, conducting self in a mature, fair, consistent, and caring manner.
    Applies observational skills, able to multi-task, and work through interruptions.
    Professional application of confidentiality.
    Professional manner and application of standards and policies of the agency.
    Maintain a standard of housekeeping and infection control.
