Brief description of position and responsibilities:
1. Develops learning outcomes
2. Evaluates existing training curricula and related materials
3. Develops and writes course manuals
4. Develops and produces training presentations 5. Develops and writes exams and other assessment tools
6. Provide online instruction and supervision to students.
7. Follow any academic regulations and/or policies adopted by SaskPolytech.
8. Maintains a supportive attitude toward work, instructors, and colleagues
9. Practice good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Social Work or a closely related discipline.
2. Experience in the development & delivery of course materials.
3. Experience in common software packages.
4. Effective leadership skills.
5. Effective oral and written communication skills. (both verbal and written in both French and English)
6. Effective interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to use good judgment to make decisions and work with minimum supervision.
8. Ability to function as a team members in an ever-changing environment.
9. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
