Description

As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will support and participate in all aspects of Investor Relations (IR), including engaging in a variety of fundraising and sales related activities, managing relationships with  the firms stakeholders, communicating and presenting focused analyses and reports internally and externally, assisting in the development and execution of IR related strategic initiatives and campaigns, developing stakeholder messaging and assisting with the development and execution of IR related events. You will also develop collaborative relationships across our organization to gain a deep understanding of the facets of PFMs business, and the facts, details and trends that are relevant to our business and our stakeholders.

YOU ARE
    Honest, outgoing, ambitious, competitive, confident, resilient, passionate, loyal, independent, detail-oriented, and enjoy working within a team setting
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    Able and willing to be flexible in working outside of regular office hours and to travel as needed within the province

YOU HAVE
    Solid decision-making abilities, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills
    Strong project management skills and proven ability to multi-task
    Experience in customer service, relationship management, sales, or community involvement
    At least an undergraduate level education in Business, Finance, Communications or a related discipline

It would be considered an asset to have experience using a CRM software database and/or an understanding of corporate finance, investment management, mutual funds, and/or private equity.
