This position would be responsible for the smooth running of our service department, where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcome. Your full time role will include providing a full range of office duties including:

Specific skills / knowledge:
Scheduling service appointments with customers, Dispatching service team to each location, Making and converting work orders, Reception duties, Customer service
Sales and/or marketing experience would be an asset.
This is an independent roll and you will need to be comfortable in being self directed and making decisions. This roll will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills, have organizational and problem solving skills.
