Pattison Agriculture is growing and is looking for a Used Equipment Inspector; this position will report to the Region 4 General Manager and can be based out of any of the following Region 4 locations (Yorkton, SK; Moosomin, SK; Russell, MB).

In this position, you will support the organizations quality programs; evaluate and determine the condition, and any issues for used equipment being considered for trade; and prepare a written report with photos for the sales team.

This individual will require clear and conceptual thinking abilities, excellent judgment and discretion, the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Candidate must also be able to meet the following physical requirements: standing/walking for long periods of time; kneeling, squatting, climbing, crawling, bending, and working overhead; lifting/carrying up to 50lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100lbs; working in hot or cold weather; and driving up to 4 hours per day.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills; have a thorough knowledge of agriculture equipment operation; be proficient with Microsoft Office products; possess a valid drivers license, and be willing to work flexible hours and travel throughout Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba, as needed.  A minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education; 3+ years of heavy/agriculture equipment experience; possessing a journeyman Agriculture Equipment Technician certification will be considered an asset. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
