We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our ERP team to new heights!
Based in one of the four (4) campus locations, The Manager, ERP Services reports to the Director, IT Operations and ensures the well-being of the ERP ecosystem within the organization. As a member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) management team, this position plays a key role in administrative leadership and strategic planning across the institution. The Manager, ERP Services will have three team leads in the areas of ERP Administration, ERP Student Systems, and ERP Finance & HR Systems. A total of 18 positions comprising of full-time staff report directly and indirectly to the Manager, ERP Services. Part-time and student staff may also be included in the reporting structure as appropriate.
The Manager, ERP Services role is to supervise and maintain the organizations repository of software applications as they relate to the ERP ecosystem through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of a technical team. The Manager, ERP Services is also responsible for planning and coordinating the processes required for the development and provisioning of user applications and systems necessary for business operations in the ERP space. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist their team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems as appropriate.
Travel is required between all Sask Polytech locations for administrative responsibilities, as well as travel provincially, nationally, and occasionally internationally to represent ITS and Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
