Associated Appraisal Company is a locally owned and operated residential real estate appraisal company. Our small sized office consists of six appraisers that provide services in financing, estimation, and projection of values, settlements and new construction appraisals and inspections.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team for 40 hours per week. This position is a 1-year term with the potential to be extended.
The successful candidates duties will include providing assistance to our appraisal specialists in preparing, proofing and coordinating reports, and providing administrative support such as answering phones, filing, data entry and organization. As a member of our team, your duties will also include managing a cash float, copying, operating a Clover payment machine, and other general administrative duties as assigned.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two years administrative experience preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook
- Committed team player
