Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.  The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Sunrise Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients.  He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Basic Life Support for Care Givers (BLS-HCP) or required to obtain within 6 months of employment
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Other Information

Note:  This position is open to all SUN members within the bargaining unit as per Article 27.05 of the SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement, however first preference will be given to employees of Sunrise Health Region.

Successful candidates will be required to provide:
Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (less than 6 months old)
Certificate/Diploma/Degree as required for position
Any applicable licenses/registrations relating to the role

Expected Start Date: January 31, 2021
Expected Up To Date: October 1, 2021
FTE: 0.23

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Nights
70.68 hours per 8 week rotation: 6 shifts of 11.78 hours
