The Regina Open Door Society (RODS) is a non-profit organization that provides settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. RODS is committed to meeting the needs of newcomers by offering programs and services that enable them to achieve their goals and participate fully in the larger community.

The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to staff the full time position of Online Program Support Coordinator. The term for this position is February 8, 2021 to March 31, 2021

Position Summary
The Online Program Services Coordinator position provides support to clients who need assistance to receive services virtually and in person. This position aims to improve the client service experience by using various platforms to meet unique client needs. This position supports the Orientation Services for Newcomers (OSN), Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP), Settlement Support Worker in Schools (SSWIS), and Welcoming Community for Newcomers (WCN) team with service delivery and helps identify and reduce barriers to service accessibility. The position reports to the Manager of Settlement Family and Community Services Department and work in close collaboration with the SSWIS, OSN and WCN Team Leads
