Position Summary
*Please note, this is a term position for up to 23 months.

The City of Regina has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, strategic individual to join the Innovation, Energy & Technology Department! The Business Performance Consultant is a key position in moving the strategic alignment plan within the department forward. This position will be required to oversee the strategy of end-user adoption for Office 365, owning and maturing the metrics package for both technical and customer levels of service, and leading the audio/visual project portfolio. In addition, the objectives for this role for 2021 are to launch and chair the Technology Champions program and assist in moving the end-point management strategy forward.  

Reporting to the Manager, Cross Functional Solutions, the Business Performance Consultant is also responsible for:
-Applies project management practices across a variety of business functions such as policy development, performance improvement, performance measurement and benchmarking for the purpose of achieving the strategic direction or identifying and recommending alternative processes and approaches.
