Facility: VILLA PASCAL
Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager at Villa Pascal, the Administration assistant is responsible for providing confidential clerical support to the Facility Manager and the day-to-day support services to the management staff. General responsibilities include assisting with monthly billing and receipts process; maintenance of facility rosters; preparation and submission of statistical data to the Ministry of Health on a monthly basis; general reception duties, including typing, filing, mail preparation and distribution, and directing the public and telephone calls to the various departments within the facility. Knowledge of scheduling and experience with working in a unionized environment. Ability to learn different bargaining unit contracts.
The successful candidate must have a certificate from a recognized Business School and some related experience. The candidate must be self-directed with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Written and oral knowledge of the French language would be an asset. The candidate must have reception/telephone experience and expertise, considerable knowledge of office procedures and practices and ability to work with minimal supervision and at times under high stress levels to meet deadlines. The incumbent must also have good computer knowledge especially in the areas of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as internet and email.

Hours of Work: In a 2 week rotation: 4 shifts of 7.50 hours
