Chip and Dale Homes Inc. is a Non-Profit Organization providing residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities.
  
Chip and Dale Homes Inc is looking for individuals who like to work in a group home environment with residents and engage them in the community and in house. We currently have weekend evening hours available.  Applicants must have an excellent understanding of Comprehensive Behavioural Support, positive programming strategies and positive reinforcement.   Applicants must be willing to engage in playful conversations, be respectful, be a good listener, have excellent observational skills, must think on your feet, and be calm. Extensive training is offered. A valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector search less than 3 months will be accepted.

The successful candidate must be comfortable providing personal care,completing household duties, able to handle verbal and physical aggression, and have their own vehicle to transport the resident in the community.
