As Architectural Technologist with our reputable client of commercial and multi-family buildings,
you will contribute your expertise from project concept to completion on new construction as well as renovations.

You will:

- Design and prepare architectural drawings for commercial and multi-family building projects in the public and private sector.  Prepare drawings using Revit and related plans or documents for approval.
- Field services and project coordination; attend meetings, monitor contracts and conduct site inspections.
- Collaborate and serve as a professional representative of the firm with owners, contractors, engineers and vendors.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.  

Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or a related discipline is required.
- 2+ (junior) or 5+ (intermediate) years related experience in commercial building design and construction.
- Experience and knowledge of building technology, applicable codes, construction detailing and working drawing production.
- Working knowledge of design software (Revit, AutoCAD,).  Word & Excel.
