Description

Our client, is seeking a qualified and professional Controller to join their Regina office.

You will:
- Manage and oversee the accounting operations, including preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets and presentations to senior management.  
- Serve as a key member of the management team.  - Assist in strategic planning and budgeting, preparing business plans and leading special project teams.  
- Provide financial analysis and advice to management; identify and recommend enhancements to accounting processes, monthly reporting, forecasting, etc.  
- Develop strong working relationships with the management team, directors, employees, clients and suppliers.
- Manage, mentor and oversee the work of the accounting team in Regina.
- Maintain a smooth flow of accounting information between offices and outside vendors.
- Ensure positive and productive team working relationships are maintained within the company; represent the company with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education & Experience
- A related Degree/Diploma and designation is required.  
- 5-10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including working with computerized software programs.
